About this Community of Practice
Peer Organized ‘Omics Help (POOH), a graduate student led working group, is a resource for computational biology research that facilitates bioinformatic learning and discussions. Come to this group’s informal meetups with your own questions or to help others answer theirs. Typical questions include experimental designs and analyses for transcriptomic/metagenomic/genomic projects.

Membership
POOH is a registered graduate student organization with a broader community focus for grad students, postdocs, and other academic researchers.
Meetups and Events
POOH generally meets weekly in the DataLab Classroom (Shields Library room 360) as a voluntary effort.
