When to Use a Database & Which Technology to Use

Carl Stahmer, DSI Associate Director for the Humanities and the Director for Digital Scholarship at the UC Davis Library will describe and compare database technologies with case use examples for different data structures. Attendees who have research data, or anticipate having data, are especially encouraged to attend and ask questions. The workshop format will be a general lecture with Q&A (no laptops necessary). This workshop will be recorded and a link posted to the DSI website.

Priority registration is given to DSI Affiliates.
